Poster (FULL-Paper) Presentation Instructions

To reduce paper waste and facilitate your flight trips, we decide to make the poster session fully multimedia-supported. This year we will run a poster session format where participants do NOT have to print their poster. The posters will be shown online. Either if you are attending physically or virtually you will present the poster in the same way.

These are the instructions for the poster session:

  • The poster must be in PDF format.

  • The poster will be displayed HORIZONTALLY on a computer screen of 27 inches and 2560 x 1440 resolution. Please, consider these specifications in your design.

  • Each presenter will present their poster for approx. 50min. Presenters will stand next to the computer screen as in a conventional poster session or share it via Zoom (for online presenters).

  • All posters will be presented via Zoom. There will be 4 rounds of presentations. In each round, around 15 posters will be presented, each poster in a different break-out room.

  • Physical participants will be able to walk around the room where the computer screens are and ask questions to the presenters. Online participants will be able to switch break-out rooms to see the different posters and ask questions.

  • The information on the poster order and corresponding break-out room (showroom) is already published here: MMM Programme. Be aware that the presentation order may change before the poster session.

Posters will have to be sent to MMM at the latest on the 2nd of January at 13.00 (Oslo time). Posters sent later than this date will not be displayed.

The information to access the Zoom session will be sent before the conference.
